Latoya Mills Founder & Lead Designer Blooming Daisy was born from a legacy of love, creativity, and family. As the founder and lead designer, I’ve been passionately creating floral art since 2017—but my journey started long before that. I was inspired by my grandmother, Daisy, whose talent and involvement in weddings and events planted the first seeds of creativity within me. When she passed in 2016, something shifted in my heart, and I knew it was my calling to carry her name and her artistic spirit forward. I originally launched my business as Daisy Custom Events, focusing on décor and event styling. Over time, I discovered that floral artistry was my true passion—where beauty, emotion, and design all meet. I rebranded as Blooming Daisy to honor my grandmother while embracing the floral path I was meant to follow. Based in Wellington, Florida and proudly serving all of Palm Beach County, I specialize in luxury garden–style arrangements, weddings, events, everyday florals, and sympathy work. My intention is always to create designs that feel timeless, intentional, and full of life. My work is backed by professional training, including a master floral course completed in 2020. I am also the exclusive florist for Rayshell Ranch, a stunning wedding venue where I have crafted hundreds of bouquets for brides over the past five years. My floral artistry has been featured on Channel 12 News, showcasing the passion and dedication behind every Blooming Daisy creation. What I love most about being a florist is the joy I get to bring to others. Flowers allow me to be part of someone’s forever memory—a wedding day, a celebration, a meaningful moment. Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
